The National Exchange Club was founded in 1911 with 700 clubs and more than 20,000 members throughout the United States and Puerto Rico . Our core values – Family, Community and Country are held by each Exchange member with pride and commitment. For over one hundred years, Exchange Club volunteer efforts have supported the needs of the country and of local communities, making it the country’s oldest American service organization operating exclusively in this country. The Covenant of Service, expressing Exchange's philosophy and ideals, was written in 1923 by Exchangite Thomas L.
